Terms and Conditions 

Delivery and Collection

We use a courier service to deliver orders or they may be collected by arrangement from our workshop in Glenvista, Johannesburg, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready. Orders not collected within 6 months will be sold to defray expenses.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

When Will My Order Be Sent

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday), often much quicker. If your order is particularly urgent, please add a comment to the "Any Other Instructions" box on the order form and we will try our best to get them to you on time. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive during the holiday seasons and for possible courier delays.

Material Availability

We aim to keep enough materials in stock to fulfill your order, however we sometimes run out or our suppliers change their selection. If we don't have enough material to fulfill your order, we will contact you and advise you as to when we expect the materials to be available. If the expected delivery date isn't satisfactory you may either change your order or we will refund any money paid.

Errors And Omissions

If an error is discovered in the price of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for an item which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.

Refunds and credits are only given if there is a mistake made by Paperkutz in the cutting process, as each order is custom cut.
No refunds are given on courier fees.

An order will not be deemed to be accepted by Paperkutz until we dispatch the goods. 


We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
